Schedule Your Headshot Session

Here’s where you schedule your professional headshot appointment and pay your session fee. Allow for 1 hour, which includes setup and takedown of equipment. The session itself is about 15-30 minutes. Once you schedule, you’ll receive an email with details and a link to a contract and invoice for your session. Session invoice must be paid in full.

How It Works:

1. Book Your Session — Click the link above to schedule a convenient time and location, pay your session fee (see below for investment info). Be sure to include the address where your session will take place, and please be sure you have permission if necessary!

2. Photo Day — I’ll handle the setup and guide you through a quick, fun, and stress-free headshot session.

3. Final Images — You’ll get to see your images live during the session!

4. Delivery — Once you pick the images you love, you’ll pay your image fee by credit card. Within 3-4 business days your professionally retouched headshots will be delivered digitally, ready for use. (Rush delivery is available)

Investment

• Individual Headshot Session Fee — $250 + tax and can include up to three outfits or clothing options (typically with and without a coat or scarf). Your session fee is due at the time of booking.

• Images — $100 + tax per image you choose for final editing. Image fee will be paid by credit card at the end of your session and after you’ve picked your favorite image.

• Hair & Makeup Artist — $250. You must indicate in your booking request that you would like a hair and makeup artist. If you forget, contact me immediately to let me know: 480.257.6757. Once I book the artist, I will send you a link to pay your fee, which must be paid at least 3 days before your session.
